Job Title:
Marketing Program LeadOur company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to spearhead our marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing our social media presence, promoting our meetings and events, conducting market research, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with our brand.
Manage the marketing program budget effectively.
Curate content for our social media channels and website, highlighting thought leadership, products, services, meetings, and events.
Craft compelling written and visual content for posts, ads, emails, and collateral.
Execute marketing campaigns across various communication channels, ensuring inclusivity and diversity in messaging.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
Foster key relationships and drive business development initiatives to expand our network.
Lead efforts to acquire new members and nurture existing relationships.
Create marketing materials, including sales and marketing decks.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing plans.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for influencing others.
Proficiency in writing, editing, and creative content creation.
Ability to lead project teams and manage relationships effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

years of experience in a Marketing role within the financial services sector, serving corporate and institutional clients.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Canva, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions or Treasury and Trade solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Demonstrated project management skills.
